The probelm I have, after the most recent update taking place some week ago now the predictive text is no longer showing up for russian keyboard. I have English, UK and Portugese, they both show predictive text above. But not fur russian. This is very frustrating as I relied on this feature a lot when writing emails etc. Go to Solution. I was having to type everything out myself. Very annoying. But I've managed to figure it out. And the way to do this is to go to the app settings and clear all data.
Click About Samsung keyboard. Now click the i icon in the top right hand corner. You want to click on clear data. It will now work as normal. The majority of those apps are mere junk that deserves to be cleaned. By uninstalling such apps, you can have a cleaner app drawer, save data and space, and have a faster experience.
Even if know the way to uninstall them, you must be aware of 2 things. To be able to remove bloatware on your Samsung device without root via ADB, you must have the package name of the app to be deleted. There are 3 ways to find the Android app package name. ADB shell pm list packages command. You can find some good apps in the Google Play Store that can help you with finding the app package names.

The infernal Samsung keyboard keeps taking back over whenever it detects the Bluetooth connection. A couple of times the timing has been just right and the selection dialog has come up just in time, but usually the Samsung Keyboard of Doom switches itself to default before External Keyboard Helper can be of help. You will receive a notice that says "Added word to blacklist! Alternatively, you can blacklist a word directly from the application. From then on, you'll no longer accidentally enter these words when text messaging. When you do blacklist, make sure you do it to words you're not planning on using at all.
