I added a Spanish language pack so my son could work on his Spanish homework. It changed my tiles to Spanish on many of them but not all. I tried everything I've read in other posts to no avail, so I deleted the Spanish language pack, reset everything to English and even restarted the computer. I have checked region settings, app settings and permissions and started deleting some apps.
